A hand coloured original steel engraved picturesque view of Dover, Kent, circa 1836-37. Drawn and engraved by J. D. Harding and W. Finden, respectively. Published in William Finden’s “The Ports, Harbours, Watering-Places and Coast Scenery of Great Britain”, (London: G. Virtue, 1836-1842). Colours very good. Printed area is approximately 7 inches by 5 inches. Frame measure 16 ½ x 15 inches.
